Entering Portugal via Fuentes de Onoro / Vilar Formosa, we followed the main line to Santa Comba Dao, where 4-6-0T E124 was being prepared for our train to Viseu.

The terminus at Viseu served two routes - the one on which we arrived, and the line to Sernada do Vouga. There was certain amount of activity here, including some repairs being made to E122, another 4-6-0T, and a little shunting by classmate E121. Finally, 2-8-2T E132 is seen preparing for departure, and leaving on the Sernada line
